EASEL CARD TUTORIAL..:)

Our very own lovely Maxine has made a picture tutorial for an 'Easel' card - now you can follow it step by step with written and pictorial instructions. :) :)

I am sure you will find that Maxine's instructions are easy and clear to follow :)

I will surely be making  one of these - it will be my first...Thank you Maxine. :)



I have used :-

White card stock size 5" x 11" for the base of the card

White card stock size 5" x 5.5" for the front of the card

Backing papers

And embellishments.


You can make easel cards in different sizes.





1. Take your base card and fold it in half.

2. Fold one side in half again.



3. Colour your image and make the front of your card using your backing papers
and embellishments.

4. Decorate the base card, using backing papers and embellishments.

5. Add brads to your base, these will hold your card in place when it is standing up.






Now you have a gorgeous 'Easel' card. :)

It won't be long until Christmas is here - yayyy -

 I love Christmas, all the gorgeous smells and the lights. :) 

For our challenge this week we have a great sketch for you

to follow and get another Christmas card ticked off your to-do list. :)

Here is the sketch:-

You may twist or turn it and add extra embellis if you wish. :)

The prize shall be 1 week GDT and a Crafty Pad digi stamp

that the DT shall be working with too. :) :)

If you use a Crafty Pad stamp then your name is entered twice.

If you do not use a Crafty Pad stamp then your name is entered once.

Candle Giveaway...:)

It won't be long before Christmas is upon us, so I thought I would offer this decorated candle for Free and you can burn it during the festive period. :)

The closing date for this Free Candle is 12:00 mid-day Saturday 12th December, winner shall be announced that evening after 7pm.  I will then post the candle to the winner on Monday 14th December and you should receive it before Christmas. :)
